In case you missed it: Sebadoh at the Great American Music Hall (02/08/2011)
Sebadoh is the project created by original Dinosaur Jr bass player Lou Barlow after he was ejected from the band in the late eighties. Since Dinosaur Jr’s reunion in 2005, Lou has been playing with Dinosaur Jr and touring. They are actually supposed to play their album “Bug” in its entirety at the “All Tomorrows Parties” festival in London, UK on July 1st. During the show Lou mentioned that this was a tour to promote the Sub-Pop reissues of “Bakesale” and “Harmacy“. Aside from different tracks scattered throughout their discography, these two albums would have to be my personal favorites. The show was great, I was glad I got to hear pretty much all the songs I wanted to hear. They played all of my favorite “Bakesale” and “Harmacy” tracks, it was overall a really good show.
